the renting includes the cottage for the mentioned number of people from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am, a car, the standard equipment ( you have to bring bed sheets,pillow-cases and towels ).

 

Rentors are expected to clean their cottage on departure.

 

General conditions

 

1- All contracts are nominative and can in no circumstances be transferred without written consent.

2- Rent includes the cottage, from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday10 am for the number people indicated, and standard equipment.

3-Rental only becomes effective after receipt of the rent contract dated and signed, and of the payment of the deposit and the administratic request, that is : 25% of the rental cost . The remainig lance is to be paid at the least 30 days before arrival.

4-Delayed arrival or early departure do not give right to any indemnitdy or extension rentor does not appear within the 24 h following the date fixed in the contract, the accommodation will become available and the total payment is still required.

5-Cancellation of rented accommodation : in the event of cancellation the following be deducted or you

will owe:

-by way of indemnity for breaking the contract,-20% of the total for your stay if you cancel more than 15 days before planned arrival date.

- The total amount of your stay if you cancel less than 15 days before planned arrival date.

6-Our animals friends are regrettabily not allowed in the park.

7-Park rules : Rentors must comply with park rules. (See the rules)
